  Kendra L. Harrington, PT, DPT, BCIA-C, PMDB  
  Kendra L. Harrington, PT, DPT, BCIA-C, PMDB, is a pelvic floor physical therapist, educator, lecturer, and researcher. She graduated from Russell Sage College/Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY with her Bachelors and Masters of Science, and later returned to school for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In addition to these degrees, Dr. Harrington holds her certification in biofeedback training for pelvic muscle dysfunction, and is a certified physical therapy clinical instructor.

Dr. Harrington has specialized in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions and currently holds the position of pelvic floor physical therapist at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. At Walter Reed Army Medical Center, she serves as a clinical specialist to patients, family members, colleagues, medical students, residents, and fellows. She has been appointed as a faculty member of the F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. In addition, Dr. Harrington has been a guest lecturer for pelvic floor dysfunctions and management with numerous other educational programs and schools. She is currently involved in multiple research projects at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Dr. Harrington is a long-standing member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as a member of the Section on Women’s Health. Currently, she serves as the representative for the District of Columbia for the Section on Women’s Health. Dr. Harrington holds membership in the National Vulvodynia Association, National Association for Continence, and the Endometriosis Association.
